Dutch INCERT provides an open network for established and new (Dutch) initiatives for the introduction of electric road transport and will serve as an information exchange point for policy makers, entrepreneurs, scientists and a broader public. In consultation with experts from various organisations, initiatives will be taken to stimulate research and development at critical issues and prevent effort scattering. The centre will provide independent expert support to local and national electric transport initiatives.
