D-incert (Dutch Innovation Centre for Electric Road Transport) has been founded in 2008 by the three Dutch Universities of Technology (TU Eindhoven, TU Twente and TU Delft) and the Universities of Applied Sciences from Rotterdam and Arnhem / Nijmegen (HRo and HAN).
